Our Story

Bartolucci Construction was founded in 1993 in Long Beach Washington by Randy Bartolus (father) to meet the need for quality construction and remodeling in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The company focused on building and remodeling ocean-front Victorian homes.

In 2007, Tony Bartolus (son) relocated to Sarasota Florida to found the second generation of Bartolucci Construction to respond to the growing need for quality construction in Southwest Florida. After working with several local contractors, Mr. Bartolus realized that most builders were lacking a major quality, essential to craftsmanship.

After reuniting the father and son team, with 40+ years of combined experience we now proudly serve the southwest Florida area! We offer very flexible hours, 24 hour emergency services, onsite estimates, and we love special requests.
